I'm Pablo Carmona. I live in Calgary and I spent years working with SaaS and software companies — in mid-market and enterprise environments — where I saw firsthand how technology gets adopted, misunderstood, and underused. That experience taught me something most tech people miss: the tool is rarely the problem. The gap between what software can do and what people actually know how to do with it — that's the real problem.

What I kept seeing: the tools exist, the results are real, but almost nobody is teaching this at the ground level — in plain language, for real situations, one person at a time. Every AI trainer I found was either corporate, technical, or not actually local.

So I started sitting down with people. One on one. Over Google Meet, or in person for larger work. No slides. No jargon. No pitch. Just: here's what this can do for you, specifically, right now.

I work exclusively with Claude by Anthropic — because it's the best tool for real business work, and because honesty and privacy matter to me as much as results.

Do I need any tech experience to book a session? +
None whatsoever. If you can send a text message or use Google, you have everything you need. The Readiness Session is specifically designed to meet you exactly where you are — no prior knowledge assumed.
How does the session work? Do I need to be in Calgary? +
All sessions are conducted via Google Meet — so you can be anywhere. You'll need a computer (not just a phone) so we can work on Claude together in real time. For larger team implementations, I'm happy to arrange in-person sessions in Calgary.
What's the difference between the Readiness Session and a Workflow Implementation? +
The Readiness Session ($99) is the audit and setup — we find your highest-ROI opportunities and get you started. The Workflow Implementation ($499) is where we take one of those opportunities and build it properly — a complete, working system you can run yourself from that day on. The Readiness Session always comes first.
Which AI tool do you teach and why? +
I teach Claude by Anthropic — exclusively. It handles long documents and complex real-work tasks better than the alternatives, it's honest about its limitations, and Anthropic has one of the strongest privacy policies in the industry. For business use, it's the right tool.
Does Claude cost money to use? +
Claude has a free plan that's enough to start and see what's possible. The paid plan — Claude Pro — is $20 USD/month and unlocks the full capability most business users need. We always start on the free plan so you understand exactly what you're paying for before you pay for it. Most people upgrade within their first week of real use.
What if I need something more advanced — integrations, automations, systems? +
When your needs go beyond what we can build inside Claude.ai — external integrations, automated systems that run without your manual input, multi-tool architectures — that's a different scope of work. Those engagements move into Infinity AI Solutions, my consulting practice for Western Canadian businesses. I'll tell you clearly when we've reached that point and what it looks like from there.
Is this a course? Will I get pre-recorded videos? +
No. This is one-on-one, live, focused on your actual situation. There are no pre-recorded videos, no courses, no group cohorts. I work with one person at a time because that's what actually produces results — not a curriculum designed for an imaginary average student.
How do I know this will actually work for my specific business? +
That's exactly what the Readiness Session determines. I audit your actual workflow, not a hypothetical one.
